Dead End (2003) is a prime example of how you can do a lot with a little. Is it a perfect horror movie? No, but it’s a fun time, and I think the story’s solid. (Just keep in mind that the writing is outdated at times because it’s almost 25 years old).
Plus, I’ll never be mad at seeing Lin Shaye and Ray Wise pop up in a movie separately, let alone together.
So, if you dig the vibes of Dead End, here are five other movies to check out:
- Exit 8
- Session 9
- Donnie Darko
- Shutter Island
- Jacob’s Ladder
